We serve an average of over 525 families monthly.

More than 50% of adult food shelf clients work. 35% are retired or have a disability which prevents work.

In the past ten years, the average salary rose 9% but rents rose 34%.

The poverty rate ($19,350 for a family of four) used to determine federal and state benefits has not been updated to reflect actual costs of living. This means many families in dire straits still cannot qualify for many forms of assistance. However, we help any who feel they are truly in need of help.

Christians Reaching Out In Social Service
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me... I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.

Matthew 25:35-36, 40
